When it comes to eyewear, the small details really matter over time. Nobody wants pretty shoes that hurt after ten minutes of walking. I also think about how easy it is to track a parcel once it ships. Nose pads that are too hard leave marks and feel uncomfortable on the skin. Some care only about style, others focus on comfort and durability.

When I test a new shop I usually start with one or two items instead of a huge order. Having a tracking number that works on common sites is very convenient. Some care only about style, others focus on comfort and durability. Good packaging and a small storage bag are also nice touches for accessories. Sometimes I still make mistakes with size, so a friendly exchange policy is very helpful. Very thin fabric may be fine for summer but often looks cheap and becomes see through. In the past I have wasted money on items that looked good in photos but felt cheap in real life.
